I bought this cup for my 2 yr old instead of the zoli bot cup bec of the design,at first we were very happy with it but just few days later both handles came off, this cup cleans better then the zoli cup, but im not sure if it pays bec of the handles, but overall still using the cup and not leaking.

ÿGreat! no spill. So this is the 4th type of strawed cup I’ve gotwn for my little one. We first tried the tipical store bought munchkin no spill. The straw was to complex for her as she had to bite it to get the valve opened. So she hated it. Then we noticed she liked my camelback bottle, so we got her one for water and she loves it… still uses it. But for milk and juice we still wanted a strawed cup. So we searched around and got a lollacup. Its cute and easy for her to use. The straw is thick so it steems durable, and its fairly easy to clean, but it does leak through an air hole and the straw… so we were going toget a second one when I figured I would try something new. So we got a bbox and a zoli. Turns out they are basically the same thing.
The straw is very small and thin soft material. I’m not sure long term, how it will hold up, but its been good for the last two weeks. Theres a small valve, but it is thin enough that it opens with sucking. Not hard at all for a little one who has been sucking all there life anyway. The rubbery straw is supppppper bendy and flops around with a weighted end so it can reach the liquid even if your babe turns the cup upside down. Easy to clean with a straw brush. And best of all no leaking with the minor exception of when the straw is freshly full and the cup is launched a small droplet of drink will come out on impact. Also on impact we did loose a small peice of unnecisary plastic that stuck out, used to open and close the cover for the straw for storage. Don’t evn miss it.
All in all, the cups, both brands, are awesome! So pick which one you like based on budget or fashion and enjoy.

So far so good. My 9 month old daughter took to the cup right away and had no problems drinking from it. So far it appears to be relatively leak proof. I love the weighted straw that allows her to drink even if she’s tipping the cup. Some of her other straw cups have to be held “just so” in order for the straw to reach the liquid, which ends up frustrating her when she just gets air and no milk.
The only drawback thus far is that the straw is very difficult to clean. I already have several straw cleaners and they are too big for this skinny flexible straw. Also cleaning the weighted part has been nearly impossible as the pipe cleaners I have won’t fit inside.
I also wish that the cup came in a smaller size. My daughter only gets 2-3 oz per cup, so this cup’s size is a bit of overkill.
I may purchase more of these cups since they work well, at that point I might consider purchasing the branded cleaning kit.

Great Sippy Cup – Really happy with this sippy cup! I’ve tried a bunch for my daughter and she immediately took to this one faster than any other we’ve had. She loves the handles and the straw was easy for her to figure out how to use. Very natural. It’s sturdy, easy to clean and also has a measuring line. The only question I have is how to clean the silicone straw with the weight at the bottom….have to look into that. Otherwise, we love this cup. I’m sure i’ll be ordering another!
Melissa Gallagher via Amazon.com –
I love this cup, I ordered two of them and plan on ordering more! I have a 2 year old son with Down Syndrome and it has been very difficult for him to drink out of a straw cup and because of these cups we no longer need bottles, YAY! I would totally recommend this cup to anyone, it doesn’t spill and because of the weight at the bottom of the straw it eliminates the air he possibly could be sucking in! Love, Love, Love this product!
Geimy Lopez via Amazon.com –
ÿBest weighted straw cup – These are the best weighted straw cups, my girls could get all of their formula with this cup even when laying down. If you tighten it all the way they will leak but all straw cups leak but it?s not consistent leaking just when it?s tighten really tight so the air build up and comes out the straw. I have tried the munchkin weighted straw cup but it doesn?t have the measurements for the ounces which this one has and my girls were never able to get entirely all their milk out. Really recommend this sippy cup.

Great soppy cup. My grand daughter likes this cup.
Easy to wash in upper dishwasher.
Easy to pack and bring anywhere.
Good cup for toddlers.
Lauren M. Polk via Amazon.com –
Great cup for kids!My son loves these cups! They are so much easier to get liquid out of than the ones you buy in the store. Make sure to get the cleaner brush with them, as if you don’t use that the straws can get kind of gross!
Suds via Amazon.com –
My one year loves using this sippy cup. He can hang onto it easy and the flexible straw is great for when he is lying down. We are using this sippy cup to transition from the bottle.
Connie Darling via Amazon.com –
Looking for a sippy cup with a straw. You found it.Cup works awesome, cleans fairly easily. All parts remove to clean everything and go back together easily, I hand wash. Spills; well as with any sippy it does have an occasional, very small amount, not even every day. Can get every last drop out with effortless sucking. My 1 year old uses this cup easily and has been since he was about 8 months old. I use this sippy for water and juices. I have never used for milk so I can’t comment on that, I have also never put it in the microwave or put hot liquids in it so can’t comment on that either.

Love this cup. I’ve tried just about every weighted straw cup out there and this is one of our favorites. It doesn’t pool liquids and it takes the abuse from my toddler very well. My only complaint is the straw is very difficult to remove for cleaning.
SP via Amazon.com –
Great sippy cup!Love it! Tried 3 other brands before setting on this one (at the recommendation of another mom). My son learned how to use a straw with this sippy cup. The flow was perfect, unlike some other brands that even I had a hard time sucking up fluids.. This cup is holding up very well all the banging, dropping etc. It is important to pay attention when closing the lid, or you can end up with a spill. Overall great sippy cup!
Anon via Amazon.com –
My son absolutely loves this cup. It is a shame you cant get this more widely or in other colours. it isn’t ideal for travel as it will leak if turn on its side though.

Love it. No drip.
Nsharifi via Amazon.com –
I used Zoli cups before buying this cup. Zoli cups leak so I can’t carry them in diaper bags. I bought B box cup and it doesn’t leak at all but my toddler throws his sippy cups a lot and after throwing this cup a few times the lid broke but we still use it ( not as much in diaper bag). Our Zoli cups however still are in one piece but if my son throws it we will have a water puddle on the floor after a minute. Zoli even leaks sitting on the counter. Since this cup and Zoli has slower liquid flow my son drinks from them better but overall I like B box cups more than Zoli.
Kindle customer via Amazon.com –
Love it and bought multiple times. love this, my boy took to this after I tried tonnes of different cups to help him give up the bottle. . I bought two and we consistently use this. The straw is small, so he really has to pull to get the milk out, however this worked well as he was transitioning and helped him control the flow.
The ball at the bottom is great for making sure he gets all the milk and that the straw tilts to where the milk is depending on how he is holding the cup. He can also safely lie back if he wanted too while drinking, as it does not spill.
Buyer11 via Amazon.com –
The best sippy cup I purchased. A little more difficult to clean, but the straw picks up all the liquid!

The straw is very soft and i like that it’s weighed so she can drink while lying …My baby is 11 months and likes to drink from this sippy cup. the straw is very soft and i like that it’s weighed so she can drink while lying down or on her side. it has a lid that keeps the straw covered when not in use.

ÿCleaning Technique and How it Compares to Zoli. When I first started using sippy cups, I bought one B Box and one Zoli bottle to compare. I ended up choosing this brand over Zoli for pretty minor reasons. The lid popped off the Zoli first (though it also has popped off B Box, but not often) and I just found this version more aesthetically pleasing. It’s a toss up between this bottle and the Zoli Bottle though, so if you have a better deal on one over the other you will probably be fine choosing by price.
Pros: I’ll leave the reasons why straws are better than traditional sippy cups to the professionals, but if you have decided a straw sippy cup is the way to go, this is probably your best bet. It doesn’t leak much- especially if you replace the straws if/when your kid has chewed on the end too much. Baby/toddler can drink from all angles, which is huge when you are first starting to transition, and the handles make it easy for them to hold.
Cons: These cups have a bad habit of squirting out liquid if the pressure in them is off. I’m not sure how related that is to weather or heating the bottom part up with out the lid before use, because it happens to us infrequently. I can’t find the pattern. Sometimes a cup will be fine all day, sometimes it will continue to erupt even after you’ve unscrewed and rescrewed as lightly as possible. It doesn’t happen often enough to stop me from using them, but it’s something to be aware of. It’s not a good idea to leave these things laying around in a car or on a bed, because you may come back to milk or juice everywhere.
Cleaning: Some might consider this a con, but I have found cleaning to be pretty easy as long as you stick to a few things. Most importantly, rinse these things out asap. As long as you rinse them (and/or blow out the liquid in the straw if necessary) soon after use, they will clean easily in the dishwasher. If liquid has had time to sit in the straw, then the main thing to do is to soak the lids in warm/hot soapy water. I let them sit a few minutes then basically milk the straw almost like an udder to get any hard milk or fruit bits out of the straw. As long as both ends of the straw are submerged this should work effectively. Optionally- because I know some might not like this idea- I also have one cleaned cup filled with soapy water and one with just hot water set up when I clean them by hand and will suck through the straws (then spit out the cleaning liquid into the sink) before I do a final rinse on the outside to make sure it’s clean.

Great sippy cup – This is the only sippy cup we use now. It’s the only I’ve tried (and I’ve been through them all) that doesn’t leak! I only gave it 5 stars because the flip lid always falls off or breaks the minute the cup hits the ground which is inevitable with a toddler! But as I mentioned it doesn’t leak so no biggie.

ÿHas replaced all other cups in the house. This was the 1st straw cup we bought for our 11 month old. It took her only seconds to figure it out and wouldn’t put it down for the rest of the night. Now it is the only one she wants to use.
The only thing I wish was different was easier way to clean the straw parts. There might be an easier way that I haven’t figured out.
Ashley G via Amazon.com –
Highly recommend. Love love love this cup! It is kinda hard to wash the straw but we just put water in it so I just use hot soapy water and run it threw the straw. If you put juice or milk in it I think it would be hard to wash it.

I really like these cups as they leak less than some other straw cups (ahem, munchkin). The only con I have is that one of my 1 year olds already broke the cap off by throwing it on the floor and we’ve had these a little over a month. Not a deal breaker but they could make the tops a little more sturdy!

This has been a great cup for us. I will say it is a bit hard to clean since you have so many components to take apart, however, you can order a straw cleaning brush and it comes with extra straws. My daughter loves it. We have been using two of them for two months and I haven’t had any problems.

My son loves this cup and it’s easy for him to drink out of.The colored plastic is hard and breaks/cracks after being thrown on the hardwood floor by a toddler. I like that the lid covers the straw, so the straw keeps clean even after being thrown. The first two leaked pretty badly, but the third seems much better, so I decided to give it a 4.

Good cup. It was our first one at about 6/7 months. My baby figured out how to use it very quickly. It leaks a little less than other brands. BUT minus one star for not providing the cleaning tool for the straw. It was impossible to clean the straw inside and after just a couple of month of daily use I noticed mold(!) inside. Needless to say we threw it out and had to urgently get a new one from the brick and mortar store, different brand, leaks a little more, not substantially, but came with a brush and staying clean so far.

ÿPretty sure this thing was developed by NASA. Pretty sure this thing was developed by NASA. The weighted straw works extremely well to keep the liquid flowing and reduce frustration. The straw flow is ideal (not too much, not too little) and the cover keeps the straw clean when not in use. This household favorite has endured daily use for 1.5 years before my toddler gnawed off the end of the straw and I bought another. We only use it for water – the inside of the straw is hard to clean but with just water this isn’t an issue.

When we are at home, I prefer to use this one instead of the zoli cup. One thing that is different from zoli is that it’s bigger. We can pour more into it, but it won’t fit into the cup holder we have on our carseat (maxi cosi pria 85). However, our other car seat is a recaro sport, and since that has a pocket instead, it fits in that one.

Second to Nuby – This weighted straw cup is much better than the Zoli cup. Almost exact same technology but less parts and easier to drink from. Still second choice to the Nuby straw cup. The only thing B box has on the Nuby cup is that you can cover the straw which is nice when you’re not at home.

The magic cup – we’ve been through maybe 6 or 7 different sippy cups. some had a straw with a hard edge my baby didn’t like, were hard to clean or -the biggest thing- leaked EVERYWHERE. This cup does take a little extra on the cleaning front but it doesn’t spill the only water that winds up on the floor is because my son doesn’t always remember to swallow lol.
Great cup. perfect size. I don’t like the super tall sippy cups for my small baby but this one still holds a great deal of water (lol or prune-apple juice) the weighted straw and design allow him to drink standing, sitting, laying upside down or sideways… and since he’s on the move constantly -it’s weirdly important for the cup to “keep up” with him like that. We had a few where he’d had a bit of a fit when he couldn’t get the milk out because the straw ended too high up or something.
We’ve not had any mold issues, any broken pieces issues, anything like that. this cup has been magic over here.
Joshua E. Lynch via Amazon.com –
Get at that good-good water – The sippy cup over-all is great. When the lid is threaded properly, there are no leaks, and my daughter is able to get at that good-good water when ever she wants. However, the lid does take a bit of maneuvering to properly thread. The other tricky bit on this sippy cup is where the internal straw connects to the lid. It’s difficult to get it to seat fully inside the connection, and can cause suction problems if not inserted correctly.

I really wanted to love this cup because we were desperate to get our daughter off of the bottle. The little side handles are great and the weighted straw allowed her to drink from any angle. I think the cup is good. I am only giving it 4 stars because I do feel that a lot of patience (on both the part of the child and the parent!) is needed. There is only a really small flow that comes out of the straw which seemed to frustrate my daughter. On the cleaning end, this is where my frustration kicked in. The straw is really narrow and that, in combination with the weight part at the end, made it incredibly hard to clean. Neither me nor my daughter had the patience to stick with this cup!
Sarah Murphy via Amazon.com –
Mommy and daughter approved. This is such a good idea. I love how the ball inside the cup transfers to where ever the weight is being tipped. Our daughter loves it and she sucks the liquid right down. Sometimes I?ve found they can suck and suck and not much comes out with other products, not the case with this. I would buy this product a thousand times over.
Amazon Customer via Amazon.com –
ÿI like the design. I like the design because my kid can finish the milk with minimal waste. The only complaint is the top straw would turn yellow and the bottom straw would come loose over time. I also wish the cleaning brush would come in the package.

Recommend to babies with chubby face. My 7 month old daughter was able to drink from the bottle within the day. I bought the Munchkin 360 training cup but every time my baby uses that, it hurts my baby?s chubby face. This cup with the soft straw completely solve the problem.

I?m surprised at the negative reviews. My 11 mon old has been using this since she was 6 months old, and it?s awesome! Also, as an OT, I know it is better developmentally to use a straw cup instead of a traditional sippy cup. As far as cleaning? we only use water in this cup, so cleaning isn?t that big of a deal. I suppose something stickier would be more difficult to clean. Also I have noticed very little leakage, like maybe one drop here and there from the straw, but again, since we only do water, it?s no big deal.

I just ordered my second cup for my son. I only use this for water and have no issues so far. There is a drop of water that will bead up at the top of the straw but that is about it. I have not had any issues with this cup leaking. I have tried several other cup and my son loves this one the best. I like the weighted straw so when he tips the cup up the straw stays in the water. ÿEasy to Close, very limited leaking, loved by my girls – I love the weighted straw ( despite the fact that it slows down the process of teaching y girls not to turn their cups upside down :). This brand is SUPER easy to close, I have had problems with other popular brands that can be found in big box store. SUPER easy to open and clean, again I have had problems with other brands – to the point where I have thrown them away in frustration. Even with the lid open, they straw leakage is minimal, i know we all want a sippy cup that does’t leak but these are my favorite comprise. With the lid closed, they don’t leak, with the lid open the straw may leak a drop or two.
