Great product!
Completely satisfied with this purchase! The mat itself is heavier than others I have seen and it does not slide around. It is also dishwasher safe which makes my life easier. I like the fact that there is a built in bowl because that also means I’m not cleaning a bowl or plate. Some reviewers have complained because their kid can pick the placemat up and move it around by the corners. This isn’t a magic placemat people! The suction prevents the mats from sliding, it does not prevent anyone from peeling it off the table. How about you teach your kid to stop picking up the mat? Yes, my two year old does this occasionally but it isn’t the placemats fault.
I am considering purchasing a mat without the bowl too because I like these mats so much and I think a flat one could also be useful.

They don’t budge!
EZPZ mats have been a game changer for me. I’m sad I didn’t find these sooner. I had bought another plate of a different brand with the same idea and it never worked- my son would get it off the table immediately. These are difficult for a kid to move. This one in particular is quite large, which is nice now that my child will eat more, but i also like the smaller versions. To note- this one does not fit into our high chair table- so be aware of sizing if that is your intent.

Great with Lobster
This is great, especially as a combo with the Lobster clip-on high chair. Although the manufacturer of the high chair says not to do it, it seems perfectly safe to clip the chair over this. That means the chair pins down the mat and the baby can’t move it. That’s great if your kid tends to throw plates.
When not pinned by the high chair, it is relatively hard to move–it’s pretty heavy and stays in place through friction. However, it is definitely possible to move once your baby gets the hang of it.

Best and Only Plate You’d Need for your LO!
The mini mat is absolutely the best product to happen to us when our LO was ready to grab food from the table and eat with the family. Why? Because it’s amazing. It actually sticks to the table unlike many other products we had tried with our oldest. In fact, the advert is completely true – we were able to lift our table straight off the ground while holding the edges of our mat! LO has basically used these and the happy bowls for every meals since then. We have taken them to restaurants, family dinners, etc etc. They have help immensely with our LO’s use of cultlery as well, as he’s able to focus on the use of a fork/spoon etc without the bowl or plate sliding away from him. He mastered these skills so much quicker and I’m sure the mat had something to do with it. We honestly love our mats so much and have bought so many (most even before Amazon sold them, direct from ezpz) I highly recommend these as a great gift for 1yr olds (and younger to encourage baby led weaning if that’s your thing) and for anyone looking for the one and only sounds investment for their baby and young child to eat with (although honestly, my 8yr old would eat with one too if available) Thanks for making such a great product that actually does what it says and stands up to the test of time! (used daily for over a year now!!!!)

Everything a Mother could want!
I actually don’t have any children yet, however I have a lot of friends with kids, that always seem to struggle with their eating and plates. We’ve used this on a few different children and it’s quite amazing! Cute, easy to clean, not sticky but doesn’t fly off the table and fits three different goodies on the the plate. I’m sure once I have my own I’ll be buying more of these. I saw it on TV a while ago and just wanted an excuse to purchase one really… hahaha. Glad I did! All the other Mothers are shocked they didn’t know about these…

Incredible baby placemat!
I don’t understand how this mat works, but it’s amazing. You set it down on the table and it sticks to it so tightly that even an adult can’t move it! But when you peel back a corner, it comes right up and it’s like it was never there. We take this with us when we eat at restaurants, because my son will just throw around a plate or tray and make a huge mess. This placemat has made eating out a much more pleasant experience. I picked this particular placemat because it was so highly reviewed on parenting sites. I haven’t tried the other brands that are a little less expensive, but I strongly believe that this mat was worth every penny that I paid!

These mats are great!
We LOVE our ezpz mats! We have two, one for each kid – now 3.5 and 1.5 years old. They use their individual mats for EVERY meal, I just rinse after breakfast and lunch, but do a better scrub after dinner and we’ve never put them in the dishwasher. They dry really fast on the dish rack. We have not had any issues with the mats having and discoloration or loss of suction or odd smells, which are issues I’ve heard are common with other brands. The only negative is that they don’t travel well. My friend gifted this mat to us for my oldest’s one year birthday and I’m so glad she did!

Love this and my kids do too
This is the only thing that sticks to my table. I have a wood table and I honestly don’t understand why no matter what, none of those suction bowls and plates actually STAY suctioned to my table. This one does. My kids (3yo) still know how to move it, but they don’t because it’s not as easy as just picking up a bowl/plate and throwing it. They also love the smiley face and that their food goes in different sections. They tell me where to put things lol. Highly recommend.

Holds tight.
I originally bought Baby Guy’s mystery box eons ago and got a blue EzPz mat. I loved how solid it was constructed.
We recently found out we’re expecting a little girl and decided to get another one. I was thrilled to see it part of the Prime Day!
Having had five other kids, I’ve tried my share of “stay put” dishes. Often times, a few good wiggles and dishes become airborn.
The EzPz mad hugs the surface and holds tight. I demonstrated it to my other children by placing it firmly on the washing machine and showed how it hugged and held tight to the point where it lifted the very head lid and stayed right.
I would recommend this product for any person feeding a small person

100% on customer service!
I’m very ? pleased with the ?‼️quality of the product even tho i got one with a little tear on the side ? (barely noticeable unless ?Twisted) the respond from the company was few hours only after I wrote them an email asking about it. They quickly responded and offered to replace the item ??? ASAP (thanks Tamara)
My daughter?? is now enjoying her mat since the first day we got it! It’s very nice to bring it to restaurants and its EC? Friendly compare to those plastic ones you stick to the table and end up on the landfill!
I work at a restaurant and the sanitizer we use to wipe the tables is labeled Q ?, don’t know what’s it means but it dries my hands like crazy ? so I don’t think food should be touching that and don’t want my kids food touching it either!
I would ?%recommend getting your little ?? 1or even 2!
I just wish there’s a carrier to put it into before and after taking it everywhere ? Just a thought!

Works great at a restaurant to keep food off the table
Pretty cool little mat, but I really really wish it could be rolled up to use on-the-go or have a travel case. We only use this at restaurants with my 16-month old and it’s so bulky to attempt to roll and shove in the diaper bag, then after we use it at a restaurant, it’s tough to completely wipe down with table napkins before putting it back in the diaper bag. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase, but will consider seeing if I can sew a PUL cover/sleeve to transfer it in so it’s easier to keep clean and bring to and from restaurants (currently I bring a plastic grocery bag to help cover up the mess after he uses it).
PROS:
+Mat sticks well enough to restaurant tables, I don’t have to hold down my son’s plate when trying to eat.
+No more throwing the plate/bowl off the table.
+The mat around the “bowl” seems large enough to help keep table clean.
+Keeps the kid from eating directly off the table.
+I like that it’s reusable vs. purchasing disposable table covers for eating out.
+Fits in the dishwasher, but is also easy to clean in the sink.
CONS:
-Difficult to use while traveling.
-Doesn’t roll up, so difficult to store if you don’t want to store it flat.
-Can easily lift up corners if they try.
Overall, I’m happy with our purchase and will continue to use it when we eat out and when my son joins us at the table in a chair instead of eating at his highchair.

Best mealtime investment!
So far this has been an awesome purchase and probably our best investment among the stacks of things we have bought for mealtimes. Our daughter is 15 months old so will have to see how it holds up over time. We use it for 3 meals a day at our wooden table, easy to wipe clean after each meal and even spaghetti sauce didn’t stain it.
It suctions awesome to a very solid surface like the counter, but the wooden table it doesn’t adhere 100% (to be expected). It still doesn’t slide around at all, she can’t lift it up by the bowl, so it does a very sufficient job on multiple surfaces. She can pull up a corner of course, but from the second we put it down for her we told her no and she doesn’t mess with it. Its also fairly heavy, so she isn’t going to suddenly fling the whole thing and surprise us.
If there was any slight issue, it would be that with the design of our table and the placement of the bowl on the mat, my very small daughter has to reach a bit to get to the back sections. I sometimes move tidbits to the front of the mat since she doesn’t always see them. BUT, she is very small (under 5%), so I am sure down the road it won’t be a big deal.

It stays on the table! 🙂
We just got this January 6 but so we have not had it to long but so far both my one year old twins can not get it to move. I am just about to place an order for a second one seeing that it’s working out better than expected. I have bought other brands and shapes but my twins are quick to get them up and dump them so I did not have high hopes for this item. I am so grateful it was not a flush down the toilet with money like the different brands I bought and did not work out.

Love this mat!
This is such a great product! I’m currently purchasing the bowl as well (we already have the other two types of mats and used them every day). I love that they are dishwasher safe!
Like other reviewers complain, there are times when my toddler will try to pick it up and throw it with food on the floor, but she’d do that with anything I put in front of her. This mat buys me the time to avoid that from happening.

Life with Triplets is hard, but it doesn’t have to be messy too! 🙂
Life with Triplets is hard, but it doesn’t have to be messy too! 🙂 We heard about these mats from other moms of multiples. They ezpz mats have become the unofficial “it” product of all triplet moms!
The ezpz mats should be the main thing on any registry or wish list if you have young ones at home. They’re durable and effective. We carry ours everywhere we go; they’re great in restaurants (you don’t have to worry about a mess on the floor, cleanliness of the table, etc) and you can easily shove them in a dishwasher once you’re done with them.
They’re hard for little hands to pick up and throw around, therefore ensuring that the mess is contained.
Hope this helps! 🙂
I have not been paid, of offered any recompense by anyone for this review. I don’t take the time to write reviews….ever! But, the ezpz mats are that good!

Worth the price
This is a great place mat. My son just moved out of his highchair into a booster seat and I needed something on which to place his food. He frequently flips bowls and plates so I looked into a silicone mat. Many reviews for other silicone mats said the ezpz mat was better. I was hesitant because of the price but I am glad I did. It is a thick, high-quality silicone and the ridges give added support so it doesn’t flop all over the place. I can place food in the compartments and hold the mat like a tray without it bending too much. It grabs the table very well and it can’t be flipped with one hand. My son has figured out how to lift it with two hands but that would happen with any mat.

Makes our lives WAY easier at meal time
We have the regular & travel versions of this product & our toddler makes great use of them! SUPER easy to clean. My son loves eating out of it. This is a silly thing, but the manufacturer puts a message at the bottom of the packaging saying “You’re doing a great job!” This was a message my wife & I needed to hear at the time that we got the mat delivered. We still have the cardboard on either of our home office desks. Looking at it every day makes a difference!

Yes, yes, and YES!!!! Buy it!!!
WE LOVE THIS MAT! My husband and I were very skeptical about buying this mat with it being a bit more on the pricey side but now we are very glad we did! We snagged it on Prime day so it wasn’t the full price but we plan on ordering others at the full price now because they are totally worth it. They are heavy duty, heavyweight and live up to their description. All you have to do is set it on the table and it creates a suction that keeps it in place. We went through so many different suction bowls that my daughter would INSTANTLY be able to unsuction and throw on the floor. We were tired of that and found this after some searching. She has not picked this up once. It makes meals that much sweeter! Only downside I have found is this is too big for a highchair tray so we have transitioned to sitting at the table a little sooner than expected. Still doesn’t take away any stars from my review though!

This mat is great! I started using it a month ago when my son was 11 months. We like him to eat at the table with us instead of on the side by himself off his tray so this is the perfect transition. He is definitely a plate flipper so it wasn’t an option to give him a plate of food. Sometimes he starts to peel this off the table, but I just tell him to stop. It’s def much easier to flip a plate than to peel this off. It is also easy to clean.

Perfect for my messy toddler!
I got this in coral (which is more like red) for my 17 month old. He’s been eating snacks at his little ikea table in our living room and was making a huge mess. He liked to tip his plate onto the floor and spill eveything. This mat sticks super well to the table (I can pick up the table by the happy mat) yet it peels up very easily when I’m ready to wash it. I love the little sections that keep his crackers and fruit separate. I’m very happy with our purchase, though I was initially quite skeptical of the $25 price tag!
Update
Update : After having it for a couple of months, I’m still very happy with the mat. I use it at a “grazing station” for my toddler’s snacks throughout the day. The suction isn’t totally toddler-proof but it’s enough of a deterrent that he has quit throwing food and wiping it off the table. I use these for every meal!

Great product!!
Overall I really love this product and would highly recommend it. I used it since my daughter was 1 year and she is almost 15 months now.
– I love the concept and so far it works well (although she knows how to pull it off the table, she doesn’t seem to like to flip this like she would flip her other plates)
– The suction works much better if used on some type of stone or glass surface. I use on a wooden surface so doesn’t really stick well.
– The dimension is great, the portion areas are a good distant away from her and the space on the side is enough to put her water or milk.
– Clean is easy enough but when you spray water at it, all the curve can make the water spray back everywhere if not done slowly.
I don’t really have cons.

A must have for small eaters
The EZ Mat is exactly what my wife and I were looking for. Our daughter was thinking it’s funny to pick up her plate and drop it and to push her plate of food across the table. Enough was enough and we found the ezpz happy mat. We thought we saw this product on Shark Tank and that’s what gave us the idea to buy one. It works great and she hasn’t been able to figure out how to move it. Besides it being a bit bulky, it does what we need it to.
Parentsof5 via amazon.com –
Will be buying more
I love this mat!!! My first daughter figured out how to peel it up after watching us so when we started using for our second daughter we made sure she doesn’t see us pull it up.
The mat can not be pulled up no matter how hard you try to unless you peel it from the corner. It has 3 places for food so you can place the food in them to keep foods separate as some children prefer.
I definitely recommend this. If you can get 2 or 3!

Brilliant product
This is a wonderful product!! It has enabled us to seat our 13 month old at the table with for mealtime rather than using the tray that attaches to the booster seat. She seems much happier at the table and seems to focus much more on actually eating just like mummy and daddy rather than throwing things on the floor. She is not able to move this mat around at all. I was impressed that I could lift up our table by pulling upwards on the mat, and yet it removes easily by lifting up the edges. It hasn’t occurred to her to try that yet, but as long as there’s food on the mat she isn’t too interested in playing with the mat itself! She’s also getting much better at using her fork and spoon because she’s less distracted by loose bowls and plates that she used to throw on the floor. It’s brilliant, everyone should have one!!
Megan Seel via amazon.com –
We loved it so much we give it as gifts to others
We received our EzPz as a gift from a family member. It has been a godsend with our toddler. We had tried a bunch of other no-slide or suction mats for restaurants and our little dude could (& took great delight in) peel each one of them up like it was nothing, always spilling all his food everywhere. With the EzPz, it sticks so well and has the built in bowl-type sections so food stays on the table now. We have found that it works well not only in restaurants but also when camping / picnicking and on the folding-camp high chair that we have to keep food from running into his lap.
We were so glad for the initial gift that both ourselves and our parents have bought several more as gifts for every baby shower we go to.

No More Thrown Plates!
This has been lifesaving for meals with a toddler. No more thrown plates and food on my walls! My floors, walls and carpets are so thankful for this product and I am too as a mother!

Plate never moves! It’s perfect for tots!
One of the easiest plates I’ve ever used! My 2 year old couldn’t get his tiny fingers under the plate to lift it up which was great. A lot of plates on the market leave a gap between plate and table which kids can get their fingers under to life plate up. If you child is like mine and plays the age old game “throw food on the floor for mom to pick up”, this plate is for you! Clean up was so easy and portion cups were perfect size for my tot to have 3 separate choices.

Our kids love it!
I ordered this and one of the cheaper knockoffs and this one was way better quality. The mat is much larger so there is more surface area to cover spills and easier cleanup. Definitely well worth a few extra dollars!! Great product for messy kids. Of course they love the fun color and design as well.

Love this mat! Best money spent this year so far!
Love, love, love our Happy Mat! I first saw a video demonstration of this product from a baby gear expert when it was still on KickStarter. I was hooked! I had to have one for my 2 year old who is constantly doing the “windshield wiper” move and throwing his cups, plate, and thus all the food onto the floor. I finally bit the bullet once they became available on Amazon Prime. Best money I’ve spent so far this year! My son has figured out how to peel up the corner, but hasn’t figured out how to toss the mat full of food onto the floor yet. The mat is easy to clean, and very durable. I am in love and thinking about buying another one, just so I can have 2 in rotation. This is definitely on my list too for all baby showers or kids parties now, and I’m raving about the mat to all my mom friends. Thank you EZ-PZ for making meal time much less frustrating for our family!

Doesn’t stick to our table
Revised: I am changing this from a 3 to 5 stars. Now that my son outgrew the “dumping his food on the floor phase” I LOVE this mat. I have owned this for a year and use t for all three of his meals every single day. The only thing i dislike is washing it so much haha. If you have a child and don’t own this, you definitely should!
Old review: The plate is the perfect size, color is beautiful and I love that it’s silicone but my 15 month old son just peels the entire mat up and dumps the food on the floor. The only reason I bought it was because I was soooooo excited to have a plate that would stick to the table. It doesn’t work well for us. Our table is a flat, solid wood table so it really should work. $25 is a lot of money for a mat that doesn’t stick.

LOVE THIS! Son used spoon for the 1st time with this mat!!
OMG! I love this mat! It is so nice because my 15 month old loves to throw plates and he can’t throw this. The first time he used this mat the other day, he was actually able to scoop food with his spoon for the first time and use the spoon all by himself. The different areas of the mat help him scoop up the food more easily. Plus I can scoop his food and sit the spoon on the mat so he can pick it up and put it to his mouth. Plus the clean up is so much easier and I love that you can put this in the dishwasher. I ate having items that you can’t put in the dishwasher so anything that will go in there is AWESOME in my book:)

so I was happy this color was an option
Although this is designed for children, I purchased it for my mom who has Alzheimer’s Disease. Alzheimer’s patients in the latent stages seem to recognize the color green, so I was happy this color was an option. Also, since the placemat and plate are one single piece, there’s no more bowls or plates slipping away when mom tries to eat; the silicone doesn’t move from the table, gripping it firmly. The only issue for me is that I have a metal plate guard so food won’t spill over the edges and it doesn’t quite fit it, but still goes around it somewhat, but since it wasn’t designed to accommodate a plate guard, I still gave it 5 stars. I think I will buy the ezpz bowl next. Ezpz should market it for other groups in addition to children!

It’s love
This is amazing! I love these so much. I will find the video and add it to my review if possible. My almost 3 year old is a distracted eater and will bump her plate or bowl around which eventually results in spills. I was so very tired of cleaning them up. I tried every suction cup bowl out there, all the plates with the anti slip bottoms and none of them worked.I finally decided to pay what I think it a bit much for 1 single dish for a toddler. Let me tell you I couldn’t be happier! This is amazing. It works very well on our granite counters and wood table. Neither of these surface are textured so I don’t know how they would work on those. I can literally place it on the counter and pull on it with all my body weight and it doesn’t move. I plan on ordering a couple more as my 16 month old has begun picking up his plates and bowls.
robbyn via amazon.com –
Love it.
I’m a grandma and bought this for my grandson who loves to eat soup. This dish/placemat is wonderful as it allows for hot food to cool, and the curved nature of the ‘plate’ allows for food to be scooped up by the little one. We’ve used it for all kinds of foods. My grandson calls it his EZ-PZ. It is a good buy.

Great product, but it can be picked up by a curious toddler
These are great mats. I will admit that both my 13 month and 3 year old figured out how to lift it off the table in less than 1 minute of seeing the mat, but it considerably slows down the 13 month old from picking up her plate and dumping it on the floor. I honestly do not believe there is anything better on the market, but you should know that kids can quickly figure out how to pull this up from the edges, so you still need to be on your toes. They cannot pick it up from the center, but once they know what to do, they’re not going to forget. Not an issue at all with the 3 year old, but the younger kids who want to throw food, are still going to be able to figure out how to do just that. Overall a great product from ezpz!

I love this for my 2 year old!
This mat is awesome! I have been looking for something that is “all-in-one” so I dont have so use so many bowls for my toddler. This fulfills that by having the 3 compartments, and as a bonus, it sticks to the table so he can’t move or dump it! Plus is is dishwasher safe which I love. Easy peasy for sure. Lastly, I did wash it in the sink one night because I couldn’t wait for the dishwasher and it it washed off so easily and dried quickly. I can’t say enough how much I enjoy this product. I will note that I’ve only had it for a week so I cannot speak to longevity but so far so good!

I’m so Happy with the Happy Mat
This may be one of the greatest products ever invented, seriously! My daughter is a bit older (3.5), so I wasn’t focused on her throwing her plate/bowl, but she is really picky and wanted to try and make mealtimes more fun + easier to clean up. BINGO. She requests the Happy Mat every night (so I just bought another), and the fun face on it plus the different compartments really focuses her on eating what I present. She has a tendency to take things out of her bowl/plate and set them next to it, so I love that she’s setting it on the mat part that is clean versus the table. Cleanup is super easy, just pickup the mat/plate combo and her place setting is completely clean. I put the Happy Mat in the lower rack of the dishwasher and it cleans perfectly.

Wonderful Happy Mat!
I bought 2 different colors in the Happy Mat. So far, I am very pleased with the quality, size, and color. My 10 month old seems to love it too as she is eating more finger foods. Still making a mess, but she’s a baby. Comes with the territory. What motivated me to to purchase these mats over simple trays or plates for babies is the fact we have a temporary glass dining table. This not only keeps the little one from removing a plate and making more of a mess before getting enough food in their mouth, but it also protects them from a harder, possibly sharp dining surface.

Love it
Amazing. We have a glass top on our table and this sticks perfectly. Doesn’t move an inch and we just through it in the dishwasher when done. The extra area around the bowl/face turned out to be really helpful for our little one who is just learning to eat (7months). It catches a lot but sometimes I set food on that part if he his having trouble grabbing something as he doesn’t have a lot of control yet. Also, it is really easy to adjust or pick up just by picking up the side but it is an action that my son is unable to do so he can’t move it. Would definitely recommend. And I’m very stingy with giving out 5 stars for anything. But I really do love this product.
Putter via amazon.com –
We bought this for our 5 pound dog who has managed to move every type of bowl placed before him all over the kitchen, spilling food and water in the process. This hasn’t moved from the place where we first put it down, much to his frustration. The “eyes” hold the perfect amount of food for his daily ration and we fill the “mouth” with water. I would have loved buying him the mats with actual bowls, but the price was more than I was willing to spend. I think this company can tap into the pet market if they made one mat with two bowls built into it! We love this!

A must if you eat out!
These are awesome! I will be buying for all future parents! We have an 8-month old who is learning to throw things. We like to eat out often, and he has met his match with this bowl. Sticks to table so well and helps to keep your mess contained. Highly recommend!

It is easy to clean
My parents bought this mat for my daughter to use on their granite island so there would be less mess. This mat stays in place and has large enough compartments for different foods. It is easy to clean, we even placed it in the dishwasher. shortly after buying it we took it to Hawaii with us as we were renting a condo and were not sure what plates would be available. it traveled well and was great to have on hand. My daughter has figured out that by peeling it from a corner it can come up but a few “No’s” stopped her. This is a definite winner and I will order one for my own house!

I love this mat
I love this mat, it sticks well to the table. My husband was impressed by this mat and thought it was pretty cool how it didn’t move. We use it right now at restaurants so our 9 month old can share some of our food without having to eat off the table. I find it helps keep the mess down some. We do plan to eventually to use it at home too, right now he still eats in his highchair off of the tray. I would recommend this for anyone looking to let their little one feed themselves but is still in the stage of throwing everything.

Mealtime Game-Changer!
This makes mealtime so much less stressful! When my toddler was done eating, she would windshield-wiper her arms across the table, sending her food flying everywhere. This mat has totally solved that problem! It doesn’t “seal” to the table like some other products, so it’s not lift-proof, but it slows my daughter down enough so that when I see her trying to pick it up (when she’s done) I can quickly prevent it and get it out of her reach. I love the small compartments because it’s made self-feeding possible, I can pour yogurt, applesauce, or anything soupy in them and my daughter can push against the sides with her spoon without it sliding around everywhere. It’s easy to throw in the dishwasher, mostly easy to hand-wash (sometimes the small corners of the “smile” are a little tough), and after all the abuse it’s taken in the few months we’ve had it, it still looks brand new! I highly recommend it for everyone with small kids!!

Oh this is perfect for toddlers!
This mat is so worth the money! Our little toddler loves to flip her plates and bowls over. We’ve tried everything and finally I saw this mat and thought, what the hey, we’ll give it a try. I am so glad we did. We eat on a glass table and for dinners we sit her right up to the table now. She gets her very own cool mat which sticks to the table and she can be as messy as she wants. We throw it into the sink and it washes extremely easy. I am so glad we have this mat! 🙂

Love this placemat
Love this placemat! It’s heavier than I anticipated- the divided bowl sections do not bend and flex where the placemat does- so it’s very sturdy and durable. Doesn’t slip easily so it helps prevent messes. A bit bulky in the sink while I’m washing it, I’ll probably stick to the smaller size in the future. But we are very pleased with it’s washability and durability.

AWESOME MAT!
This item is amazing. I bought two for my twin grandsons. They cannot be pushed off the table or picked up. They do not have suction cups on it, but somehow stick to the table. I put my body weight against it and couldn’t get it to slide on the counter. The dividers are of adequate size and easy for a child to eat from. My daughter loves them so much that she won’t take her sons out to eat without having them. I would definitely recommend this product!

Perfect for toddlers at the table
Great for my 15 month old who insists on sitting at the table with her brother but definitely isn’t old enough for a plate yet. She’s not a thrower so she hasn’t tried to unstick the mat, but she probably could were she very determined. Easy to clean and so much neater than putting food on the table.
JLC via amazon.com –
Dishwasher safe and durable
This mat is slightly bigger than my daughter’s high chair table. However, it’s the only “plate” that she will not throw due to its size and weight. We’ve tried plates that are supposed to stick but don’t work on our high chair table surface. Overall this feels like a quality product. I frequently clean it in the dishwasher.

easy to clean
I started using this with my one year old as soon as we started finger food, between 6 and 7 months. He uses a Stokke chair passed down from his big sister that pulls up to our glass dining table, and I honestly don’t know how we would keep any food on the table without it. Yes, when he’s done eating and is starting to get antsy, he will sometimes start to peel it up and play with it. But when he’s hungry, it keeps everything right where he wants it – no spills, no sweeping things onto the floor, easy to clean, super durable. It’s not as cheap as some similar products, but I can tell you that after 6 months of hard use, it looks almost brand new. If I had a high chair with a tray, I might have opted just for the single bowl version, but as an eating surface for the table, I can’t imagine a better product.

Love it!
Love these! They are super easy to clean. I normally wash them by hand but occasionally wash them in the dishwasher. They get lots of water marks if you leave them out the air dry but other than that they clean up very nice. I use them on the Joovy Nook highchair and my 6 month old son cannot get it off the highchair. The happy mat is a great size and would recommend for everyday meals at your house. I also have the mini mat which is a lot smaller in size as well as each compartment. This is probably best for just putting in the diaper bag and bringing to restaurants.

Love the Happy Mat!
I absolutely LOVE this product. My son is 17 months and uses it fantastically all by himself. We set him at the table and it gives him a chance to eat like a ‘big boy’ with the rest of the family instead of the awkward high chair. I know some people disliked how big the happy mat was, but I thought it being big was a major plus. It gives plenty of room for my son to eat on and I can decorate it and put snacks wherever on it without it making a mess. We also bring it out to eat with us and find it is very convenient. We also have the happy bowl in green and love that as well! We switched from regular bowls and plates to only using our happy mats. Worth the money!

Love This Mat!
I absolutely love this mat! I have been wanting to get one for my son since he first started solids, and I finally ordered one when it went on sale for Prime day! It is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made! My son loves eating out of it–it’s stable enough that he doesn’t try to move it around and he is able to easily practice eating liquids with a spoon because the mat doesn’t move at all! It is easy to clean–hand wash or in the dishwasher! I cannot say enough good things about this mat!

Wonderful product that exceeds my expectations
It’s love.
Our table is hand-me-down and the surface is no longer sealed completely as the previous owner tried to sand it. We own multiple brands of auction bowls and plates and nine stay longer than a minute at most.
This may does! Sure, my daughter can move it with enough force but at 14 months she is more focused on her food. She does try for a moment here and there to grab the plate edge and pick it up or knock it over but I am present and engaged and distract her right away. She has yet to lift it.

PERFECT for a glass dinner table
Bought this for my then 15 month old and LOVE IT! We have a glass dining table and it sticks perfectly! We use it literally every night and it has held up with out a stain, or mark or any issue at all. We do only hand wash it, but it just cleans so easily there is no need to do it any other way! I’ll admit I looked at these for about 2 months before buying it because I felt the cost was a bit high, but it is worth every penny to not have to clean up after flying plates every night!

Favorite bowl/placemat EVER!!!
We LOVE this thing! When it first came in, I stored it away for when our 1-year-old graduated from her high chair because it’s unfortunately too big for the high chair tray. However, it came right back out when we realized that it is the perfect placemat for her Michael Olaf “first table/first chair” set that she loves. This thing STICKS! It’s even hard for my husband and I to get it off the table; there’s no suction cups or anything, just something about the weight of the bowl and the silicone keeps it in place. She is a swiper in her high chair, but the sections in the bowl are deep enough that she can’t really swipe food out of them…so guess what? She actually EATS it! It’s a great option if you like to leave snacks on a small table available for them to graze, and we also do breakfast and lunch here if it’s nothing too messy! I can’t say enough great things about it. The only con besides the high hair tray thing is that storage is a little awkward since it doesn’t roll or bend, but we just wash it and put it right back on the table, so that’s a non issue for us.

I have been wanting to try this ever since The Baby Guy was promoting these on his blog during their kickstarter. My 16 month old thinks it’s fun to play with food if it is on a flat placemat and flings bowls and plates off the table. Even the suction bowls. The first meal he ate with this was great. Of course it won’t keep him from throwing handfuls of food, but it keeps the dish on the table. He mastered the corners in a day, but won’t lift the entire mat off the table. If you have a kiddo who likes to swipe bowls and plates for fun, this is for you! It sticks perfectly to my solid wood table and didn’t stain from spaghetti night.

This is the only plate/dish I use for my 2-yr old daughter.
This is the only plate/dish I use for my 2-yr old daughter. We started using it when she was 18 months old, and it’s fantastic. She has a tendency to drop normal plates/bowls onto the floor to get a reaction out of us, but she can’t do that with this one. There are only two downsides: 1) the bowl is a bit far away from the edge closest to her so she couldn’t reach (or see into) the two smaller sections very well, but that has improved as she has gotten older and taller. 2) I wish this came in an oblong or kidney shape that fit her high chair tray. We had to transition her to sitting at the table, which meant that she doesn’t sit as high (related to problem 1). Those are only minor issues which I believe does not detract from the overall awesomeness of this product. My mom complains about washing it with a scrubber brush, but I don’t have any issues since I wash it with a washcloth. I also throw it into the dishwasher when I run it, but since we use this three times a day, it gets hand washed in between meals.

New Mom Must Have!
This is one of those items that I consistently buy for baby shower gifts – has great suction, easy to clean (can go in the dishwasher), and is perfect for our on-the-go lifestyle. We never leave home without it – and even bought extras to have at all the grandparents’ houses.

Happy Mat makes for happy momma
Although I felt this was overpriced, I did the job. Josie, our 2-yearr-old granddaughter can no longer sail her food bowl off the table. The Happy Mat lays flat both on ther high chair tray and on the table. Whether the food is dry cereal, vegetables, meat, or dessert, the mat stays in place and Josie happily eats her meals. After the meal, it is easy to just pick the mat up, run it under some sudsy water, and put in in the dish rack to dry although it can be put in the dishwasher.

Great, practical product. Cuts down on mess!
We really like this mat! The sizes of the 3 different compartments are perfect for different types of food). The weight of the item is perfect as well because it helps it to stay in place. The silicone is easy to clean, and l like that it is dishwasher safe. It definitely cuts down on mess too. In the past, my daughter would knock over her food bowls and plates (sometimes purposely, sometimes accidentally). This eliminates that problem completely. This is a great product for mealtimes! The customer service from this company is excellent as well (which is an added bonus). I contacted them with a question, and they responded very promptly and politely!

Perfect for toddlers learning to sit at the table
Love this. Use it daily along with the bowl by ezpz. Love that it’s dishwasher safe and doesn’t harbor bacteria. This is perfect for my toddler who is transitioning to sitting at the table vs sitting in her highchair. Would definitely recommend to anyone with toddlers. Couldn’t live without these mats. Use them for every meal. Shipping was also fast.

It’s thick and heavy duty so it stays on the table and not easily moved by my son
This mat was pricier than I initially was looking to spend but it was worth it. It’s thick and heavy duty so it stays on the table and not easily moved by my son. I originally thought to get separate plates and a placemat but having both in one piece makes it so much easier and the surface area is large to catch spills outside the plate.

great for self feeding
The first time I plopped this mat down we hit a huge milestone. My baby ate quietly while I sat beside him also eating peacefully! He was able to grab his pieces off himself without help on a clean surface. The back is just a slick surface no stickies or suction cups. It stuck right down on my wooden table. I can’t even slip it around. It peels off very easily by peeling up a corner. I’m concerned about the day my son may try that but so far I am over the moon. My son let me make my own breakfast in peace because he was content feeding himself off his mat.

Suctions so well to the table, and easy to clean!
We have only had the ezpz mat for a few days, and I already love it for my son!!! He thinks he’s hilarious and tends to swipe his hands back and forth on his high-chair tray to send his food flying everywhere (to watch our dog scramble to get it all!) I took his tray away from him, and now push him right up to the table with the ezpz mat. This sticks to the table so well, that if you wanted to, you could push the table across the floor by pushing the mat! It peels up and cleans easily.

Best plate/mat for kids!
Love this product. Saw these on Shark Tank before we had a child and then we purchased one when we had our daughter. This is easy to use, easy to clean, and durable. Our daughter can’t pick up the mat and throw it off the table like some other products out there.

FANTASTIC!
This plate is amazing. We had so many problems with our toddler throwing food off the table and for some reason she stopped when used this plate. I love the design and how it stick so solidly to our table. The three compartments are perfect for serving a variety of foods and in appropriate portions for a youngster. The extra area of the mat surrounding the dish has eliminated a lot of mess on our table as our child can use it as part of the plate a well. It’s easy to wash and can be used in the microwave (if it fits). LOVE THIS!

Great / awesome / amazing!!!
Love this mat/plate. It is amazing. Our son absolutely loves to put his hand flat on his tray and swish the food off! Once we got the mat, we cut it down to fit into his boon high chair tray and he was unable to swish his food off. Additionally, the tray makes it easy to separate his foods so he doesn’t end up with a mush of everything. It helps me to determine what he likes and what he is so so about.
As soon as he outgrows his high chair I will be purchasing an additional one for the table.
I can’t recommend this product enough. It is nowy standard go to gift for baby showers!

Great for small dogs
My French bulldog loves it. He used to slide his bowl all over the kitchen trying to get all he could out of it. This stays firmly in place and is low to the ground. Perfect size for little guys.

AMAZING
This mat is amazing. Meal time was constantly a struggle in our house with my 19-month-old. Since using this, he’s eating more at mealtimes and much less distracted with the temptation to dump his entire meal out onto the table. It doesn’t fit on the high chair tray as others have stated, but that’s okay because my son loves his big boy booster seat.
After he is finished eating, he pulls on it trying to get it up and has not been able to once. I was worried he would grab the edges, but he has yet to do that after over a week of using it. Definitely recommend!!!!

Love these mats
Love these mats! It fits my sons meals perfectly. He is 14 months old and using his hands to eat and the edges of the happy face are just the right height for him to scoop his food out. The mats stay in place but my son (on the second day) figured out how to lift and pull the edges. I just have to be a smidge faster to push the bowl happy face part down before he flings it off of the table. Lots of surface area to hold down so I don’t mind that he can still throw it (I mean it has to lift somehow, right?) easy to clean too. I have 2 green ones ✌

Perfect toddler place mat
I love this brand of toddler mat. I have the oval shaped place mat and was expecting similar size; however, this one is much larger. I like the smaller better but overall a great place mat.

Great product. Read a comment of how the food was tasteing like plastic. I was one of the lucky ones who can’t taste the plastic. We love it. I use it every single day and for each meal. Good cuality because I wash it three times a day and it’s still in great shape

Love it!
Love this. I have. 9.5 month old who is hell bent on feeding herself, and the built in dishes are perfect for sorting her little piles of food. We don’t use this at home, instead saving it for restaurants or traveling to other people’s homes. The little one is really messy and this is perfect for containing the mess. Also, it’s just cleaner than letting her eat off of the tables. She does try to pick up the edges (and is successful sometimes), but I just draped arm across it or distract her. I bought another competing product and the ezpz mat is vastly superior. This is one of my favorite products for this age.
Nicole via amazon.com –
This mat is far superior to others we have tried
This mat is far superior to others we have tried. It is heavy and stays put on the table. My 15 month old cannot move it. The bins are a good size and it wipes clean easily. It would be even better if it rolled up well but it doesn’t. I think the reason it doesn’t roll as well as other similar products is because it is heavier and thicker and I will take that over having one that moves a lit.

I love this mat!
I love the Happy Mat. It is so easy to use and it sticks to my kitchen table which sadly is loosing its finish and I thought this might not stick but it did. It is so nice that my daughter can not throw this like she can plates for fun. It is also microwavable safe and dishwasher safe. I plan on getting more in the future as well as some of their other mats that they are coming out with. It is well worth the price. Plus it is a family run company that gives back to others, which makes it even more worth it for me.

Fantastic!!!
This invention is fantastic! My son’s highchair is an Inglesina Fast Table Chair. My son loved to throw the bowls on the ground. We even tried suction bowls and he still managed to throw them (and their contents) on the floor. This mat is great! He has yet to try to toss it onto the ground. He rarely tries to roll it over. This mat is dishwasher safe, easy to use and by far one of our best purchases for toddler eating. The price tag may look a bit steep at first, but this is totally worth it!
Kyle via amazon.com –
Worth it
Yes, at first you may have to apply some light pressure with one finger to keep your kid from picking up the mat. But it will for sure keep them from sliding their food off the table. This mat worked so well we bought a second. We are now transistioning to regular plates as the Happy Mats solved our chuck-the-tray problem in short order. Do yourself a favor and try this. There are too many other battles with toddlers to worry about if you can solve this one so easily.

Yeeey!
My 5yr old finally feeds herself! She used to eat from regular plates, and after a few bites “her arms got tired”… once we bought EzPz, she eats everything all by herself.
Thank youuuu!!!

So far awesome.
I’m using this for my 10 month old and so far she has only tried to pull off the bowl part, which of course is well stuck to the table. If she figures out how to peel up the sides then the mat will easily lift. But so far, so good. Love this thing! Seems to be of high quality and easy to clean. Oh and it sticks just fine to my wood table. But I imagine it wouldn’t stick to a rough, unfinished wood table, like a worn picnic table.
Liz via amazon.com –
I saw this on Shark Tank and thought it was a great idea but would it actually work if I bought it? The answer is YES, YES, YES!! My husband tested the placemat/plate before introducing it to our son and was able to lift our table off the ground (counter height wood table). Our son is 1 1/2 and really strong so we knew he wouldn’t be able to pull it off of the table. No more messes! Worth every penny! A definite must buy!

Our 9 month old does great with it
We bought the EZPZ mat last week on the recommendation of some friends and our pediatrician. I left my husband at home feeding the baby and got a text halfway through the meal letting me know it was a total game changer. Our 9 month old does great with it… He tries to pull on it, but only by grabbing the bowl. I am guessing once he figures out pulling on the edge, it will be less useful for us, but right now, it’s so helpful! We finally feel like we get to enjoy meals all together, rather than one person having to focus on feeding the baby while the other eats. I would definitely recommend it!

No more flipped plates!
This product has really helped my 1 1/2 year old est better at the table. Now she can’t flip her plate over. That used to be a constant struggle. She did learn to peal it up immediately but I just love her arm from the corner a few times and usually she will just leave it alone. It’s a lot bigger and heavier then I thought it would be.

A perfect solution for our plate throwing one year old
A perfect solution for our plate throwing one year old. It works great with our high chair or on our kitchen table (it was too big to fit on the smaller high chair we keep at my parents). At this point when we get a good seal she is unable to lift up and flip it. I like this version because it has the 3 separate container. They are deep enough to put yogurt and applesauce as she learns to use a spoon on her own. Our 3 year old liked it so much she needed one too!

Immediately Bought a 2nd One as a Gift!
These mats are absolutely wonderful. You don’t think much about them at first glance, but the moment you stick them down on the table you will be amazed at the quality and how well they suction. We bought this because we are teaching our 1.5 yearold how to eat at the table. After the very first use we went on Amazon and bought a 2nd one for a family friend.

Life saver for toddlers starting with utensils.
Amazing!!! We had been using a flat silicone mat for months and I loved the easy washing. My son has a talent for unsticking the strongest suction cup bowls. Making them unusable for us as he loves to throw them off the table (our dogs wait happily under his seat at every meal). The silicone mats he mostly leaves in place though. As soon as we started with utensils, we quickly found that just a flat mat wasn’t cutting it. More food got pushed on the floor than in a hungry mouth. The molded plate was a godsend. The only complaint I have (and it is a minor one), is that the larger section would be better a little less curved at the top points around the smaller sections. Toddler spoons are too wide for the little nooks and crannies. If you have a child like mine that doesn’t appreciate help, it can be a bit of an irritation. I wish they made a foldable version for easy travel. Maybe some day.

Always get compliments on this
This may is really cool. It’s functional and fun for kids. I like that it’s a plate and placemat in one so food doesn’t go all over the table as much as before. It also has a pretty good seal and stays put on flat surfaces, so it’s not going to move around all over the place. Whenever other moms come over, they always compliment me on it and think it’s such a neat and handy idea.

Love, love, love!
Love, love, love our Ezpz mat!!! It is impossible for our little one to move, pick up, or throw. Even when my husband tries to pick it up he can’t! But when it’s time to clean up the table all you have to do is lift a corner and it comes up like a dream! The sides are deep so you can put things like yogurt in them, and it is overall very sturdy. It can go in the dishwasher and even the microwave! We are so thrilled with the Ezpz mat, we’ve been telling all our friends about them and will definitely be purchasing some for gifts!

Great quality; doesn’t move on the table
These are great. We have a glass surface dining table, and it just “sticks” to the surface. Great quality material so far. We can clean it and doesn’t seem like the silicone material will fade or wear out any time soon. Solid purchase, especially when I got it during the Amazon Prime day sale!

Gamechanger.
This is quite possibly the best thing I have EVER purchased on Amazon. I purposely waited a few weeks before writing this in the event my son (21 mo) somehow figured out a way to beat this mat–I am thrilled to say he hasn’t! Prior to this mat, meal times had become a nightmare…my reflexes were just never fast enough to stop most of the food from landing on the floor and I was constantly on edge. With this mat my son has totally embraced his toddler independence and I have been able to relax and watch. THANK YOU SO MUCH for making this mat!!!!
