I’ve been using Ezpz mats with my oldest son as e she was a toddler so naturally had to get a few for my youngest, even though the ones we have are still in mint condition. When my toddler is being extra fussy, we ask him if he wants to eat with Elmo and he immediately calms down and focuses on eating. We like to give him some autonomy like placing the food where he directs (Elmo’s eyes, nose, moooouth).
